Child Student Visa<\/p>\n

Wychwood School welcomes pupils from across the globe, from all parts of the UK and values the contribution of every individual pupil to the life of the school. Wychwood School is a sponsor for UK Visas and Immigration. We are licensed to support Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) for Child Student Visas which allows us to sponsor international pupils to come and study in UK.  <\/p>\n

Non-UK Passport Holders
\n<\/strong>All non-UK passport holders will require a Child Student Visa in order to be able to study at Wychwood.<\/p>\n

The only exceptions are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Irish citizens.<\/li>\n
  2. EU citizens who arrived in the UK before 31 December 2020 and have been granted Pre-Settled or Settled Status.<\/li>\n
  3. Non-EU passport holders who fall under the umbrella of Indefinite Leave to Remain, Tier 1 Investor, Ancestry or Dependent Visas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    UKVI Sponsor<\/p>\n

    Being a registered Student Sponsor comes with a wide range of sponsor duties and regulatory obligations that incur significant costs to the school extending well beyond the student visa application process. International pupils are hugely important to the community at Wychwood School so we take steps to ensure our Student Sponsor licence is protected and we can focus more on our true priorities as educators. UK Visas and Immigration inspect sponsors on a regular basis and Wychwood School must be able to demonstrate full compliance in order to continue to sponsor international pupils.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Holmes & Partners<\/p>\n

    Wychwood School work with Holmes & Partners to process all Child Student and Student applications for pupils attending Wychwood School to act as the custodians of the school\u2019s Child Student Sponsor licence. This provides reassurance that the visa application process will not cause pupils unnecessary difficulty and that the school is well placed to meet its legal obligations as a sponsor. We require parents of any child applying for a visa to work with the account management team at Holmes & Partners who will discuss their child\u2019s application and visa requirements and provide all relevant information and support.<\/p>\n
